The Procrastibakery

Stephanie’s bakery, The Procrastibakery, is newly opened! The name comes from one of her favorite hobbies –procrastibaking– or baking to procrastinate.

Her “real” job is at Paychex, where she has worked for over 20 years and currently serves as a Business Program Manager. Outside of Paychex, she co-founded a theater company, Out of Pocket Productions, with her husband. Their productions support nonprofit organizations by raising funds and awareness.
Years ago, the Epilepsy Association provided vital support to Stephanie when she experienced her first Grand Mal seizure at the age of 24. It was then that she also learned she had been having petit mal seizures since her teenage years. At the time, she was working at the Crowne Plaza during the annual Chocolate Ball when a leader from the Epilepsy Association helped her find resources and connected with a doctor suited to her needs. Now, 22 years seizure-free, she remains deeply grateful for their assistance.
