Erin has been baking and cooking with her family since she was a child, and nearly her entire career has been spent in the food and beverage industry. In 2019, she decided to open her own brick-and-mortar bakery after her home-based business started taking over her kitchen. This move allowed her to expand her product offerings and provided more space for her growing business. 

Most of Erin’s recipes have been created over years of experimentation, and her favorite things to bake are profiteroles and tarts! She also enjoys making all of the various fillings and sauces for her baked goods.
