Laura discovered her love for baking at a young age and went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. With over 17 years of experience in kitchens, she considers them her happy place!

If Laura could eat anything she wanted, she’d choose a variety of cuisines from around the world – she loves bold flavors and mixing things up. One chef she admires most is Duff Goldman, who inspires her with his willingness to take career risks in pursuit of his dreams.
Beyond baking, Laura has a passion for classic cars – she owns a 1970 Chevy Nova! She also enjoys painting on canvas, sewing, and crafting.
