Rebecca hasn’t always been a chef, in fact, she’s just beginning her journey in the field. She earned a master’s degree in biology, but after graduating, she felt called to try something different. She soon realized that her passion for science and baking could go hand in hand. Now, she applies her scientific background in a new way — experimenting in the kitchen.

Her favorite thing to bake is her family’s apple pie recipe, a tradition she carries on every Thanksgiving. The recipe brings back cherished memories of her grandpa, who taught her his secrets to making the perfect apple pie.

Outside of baking, Rebecca enjoys crafting, spending time in nature, and traveling. She also has a deep love for animals, and shares her home with a puppy, a bunny, and a veiled chameleon.
