Tammy has been a chef for over 26 years and was introduced to cooking and baking by her parents, who are both “stellar” cooks. From a young age, she loved cooking and baking things for them. She attended Westmoreland Country Community College, where she earned her associates degree in Baking and Pastry, and has also completed continuing education courses in Sugar and Gelato.

Tammy’s favorite thing to bake is pies made with fresh, seasonal fruit, and she also loves making ice creams and sorbets. Her favorite food to eat is salty, crunchy, cheesy potatoes!

The chef Tammy admires the most is her Executive Chef, Ilhan Erkek, she describes him as having a wonderful attitude, being patient, and a pleasure to work with.
