The 40th Annual Chocolate Ball will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 2026 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Proceeds benefit EPI and its epilepsy programs & services.

Individual Tickets: $250 ($200 Tax Deductible) | Table of Ten: $2,000 ($1,500 Tax Deductible)

All sponsors receive acknowledgment through website, social media, event signage, dinner presentation, and printed event program. Exclusive naming opportunity available for Presenting Sponsor. All other naming opportunities subject to multiple commitments.
