5:30 – 7:00 pm: Cocktail Reception
Get Your Night Started
Start your evening with a complimentary glass of champagne, a themed craft cocktail or beer, wine and other spirits from the open bar.
Cake Tasting & Voting for People’s Choice Award
Local pastry chefs to create beautiful cakes, inspired by this year’s theme, A Roaring Good Time. We can’t wait to see the showpieces!

The top six cakes receive awards, though every chef is a winner in our book! Join us in congratulating the winners and all of the evening’s participants.
Live Cake
Auction
Warm up your arm and get your paddle ready for the Live Cake Auction! The highest bidders win their cake of choice to take home and enjoy.
Cake Drawing

There’s still hope! We’ll announce the winners of the Cake Drawing at the every end of the evening. Listen for your name and you could be heading home with one of these chocolate treasures.
9:00 pm: Dancing & Celebrating!
Grab another craft cocktail and hit the dance floor to show off your best moves. Did you win a cake? Absolutely okay to claim it and share it with the crowd!
9:15 pm: Check-Out Opens
We hope you stay to celebrate for a little while, but when your dancing feet have had enough, head to the Check-Out Table to claim your cake and silent auction items! We’ll have volunteers onsite to assist with transporting items to vehicles.
