SUMMARY:Project UPLIFT - Summer 2025 Cohort
DESCRIPTION:Adults with epilepsy who wish to improve their mental health– join us virtually on Wednesdays from 6-7pm for Project UPLIFT\, an evidenced-based program that helps adults with epilepsy and depression or other mental health concerns learn new skills for managing and improving their mental health and quality of life. \nSmall peer groups (4-6 people) led by EPI’s social worker and a trained peer facilitator meet virtually for one hour for eight (8) weeks. \n\nIncreases knowledge and skills\, reduces depression\, and improves quality of life\nEmpowers you to improve your mental health through mindfulness and other skills.\n\nThis program is free\, virtual\, and provides a similar\, but more targeted and structured experience than a support group.
